East Ivanhoe Preschool Inc Uniform Shop

At East Ivanhoe Preschool Inc Uniform Shop, we strive to provide high-quality uniform items for our preschool families. We understand that sometimes a purchased item may not be the correct fit, so we have a simple returns policy in place.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for incorrectly sized items under the following conditions:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unmarked (free from stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of use).
  • The item is in its original condition with all tags still attached (if applicable).
  • The return is requested within 14 days of purchase.

Exclusions

We are unable to accept returns in the following circumstances:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, marked, or damaged.
  • Items returned without original tags (if applicable).
  • Any items that were purchased more than 14 days ago.

Exchange Process

If you have purchased an item in the incorrect size, we will happily exchange it for the correct size (subject to availability). If the desired size is out of stock, we can offer a store credit or refund.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if an exchange is not possible. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us – Notify us of your return request via email or in person at the preschool.
  2. Bring the Item – Return the item to the preschool office within 14 days of purchase.
  3. Processing – Once we have inspected the item and confirmed it meets our return conditions, we will process an exchange, store credit, or refund.
